The Process 

From pickup to delivery, we keep the process simple, organized, and easy to follow—so you always know what’s happening with your gifts.

1. Pickup & Preparation

• When you schedule a pickup or drop-off, you’ll receive a confirmation with your selected time window.

• Before we arrive, please tape a Post-it note to each item with the recipient’s name clearly written.

• Unboxed items will be wrapped as is.

Prepare Your Gifts for Pickup

Complete our online order form to select your wrapping styles, list your gifts and recipients, and request a completion date.

2. At Pickup/Dropoff

• We provide clean, sturdy bins reserved exclusively for your gifts.

• Each gift is checked for recipient identification and photographed for documentation.

• You’ll receive an itemized receipt confirming everything we received.

3. Wrapping & Documentation

• Gifts are wrapped as requested.

• As each gift is wrapped, it's photographed so you know exactly what’s inside each package.

• These photos help ensure accuracy and give you peace of mind.
   

4. Payment & Delivery

• Payment is required prior to gift delivery or pickup.

• Your completed order is returned with gifts organized by recipient.
